Sompong Thai

Food is amazing as always, with just the right level of spice. Definitely recommend everything ordered, but favorites are their green curry with chicken and spicy fried rice. The Heaven Beef appetizer is great as well! Their Thai Iced Tea was just the right amount of sweet. Friendly staff to boot Sompong is my favorite Thai place.

Food is amazing, Portion is big (compare to other Thai spot in the neighborhood) and Excellent customer service! they even give 10% discount if you pay cash and the manager is very kind.Keep it up! The delivery arrived in about a third of the estimated time. The food was fantastic. We had the pork fried rice and the basil shrimp. We dined in the restaurant later in the week based on how good it was. Lovely experience. Decent wine. Yum.

There was one little mistake in my order and the MOD delivered the food himself and apologized. He was friendly and professional. Food was fresh and well presented and delicious! Over all I have no complaints and I will continue to order from them

I love this place, my 3 year old son always enjoys his fried rice. Chris the guy that delivered was super polite and so fast, food got here in under half an hour, I was shocked. Will be ordering again. BTW the basil anything is amazing!!!!

Sompong Thai is the greatest Thai spot in Woodside, hands down. Dont even bother with anywhere else. Delivery so quick I forget I even ordered when the guy calls from outside my door less than 30 minutes later. Pad See Ew is the best Ive had, and the apps can open their own restaurant. Every dish is a knockout, and that ups their game from just being a quick Seamless option. The owner is the nicest and realest dude in Queens and delivers orders himself sometimes. This place will cater my weddings and my funeral. Always a pleasure to give Sompong my business. Sompong gang for life.

I had to write another review due to record time: 16 minutes from Crystal Ball notification of order received, to my door. 16 minutes! I order from here often because while there other delicious restaurants that are closer, Sompong is super efficient and has delivered past minimum ETA time to me only a couple of times, and always under max delivery time....as food goes still the best Thai in my delivery radius, and everyone is so nice.

This is a wonderful restaurant for take out. Delivery is always on time and food is hot delicious. If you get the opportunity, stop by in person to dine in the restaurant. I did that with a friend a lot and the crew there is great. Sadly my friend moved away which is why I do a lot of the takeout. Cant go wrong here.

Sompong Thai is one of my go-to neighborhood places. Their Pad See Ew and scallion pancakes are delicious. Note the scallion pancakes are different than you see other places as the pieces are chunkier. Yum!
Also, their manager Chis is an absolute delight and reminds me why the industry is called hospitality. :)

Great Vegan options and the manager is very considerate and goes out of his way to ensure that your food is fresh and delivered on time. Their curry is delicious and if you like spicy food, you will definitely have a religious experience of the senses. They use fresh produce and the chef takes pride in his dishes.
